At Hakim Ceramics, we take great pride in the quality and uniqueness of our handmade products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You may return eligible products within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused and in the same condition you received it
In its original packaging
Non-returnable items:
Custom-made or personalized pieces
Items on sale or clearance
Items damaged by customer mishandling
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:
A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product:
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order
Include clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
We will replace the item or offer a refund at no extra cost
5. Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
